Healthy Banana Crepes

Blend:
1/2 banana
1/3 cup oat flour
Splash of Almond milk
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1 egg
1 egg white
Splash of maple syrup (optional)
Vanilla
Cinnamon
Instructions:
Pour mixture onto previously heated and greased skillet. Spread it out the way you would with a crepe (trying to get the batter to reach the borders of the skillet). You want the edges to be thin and crispy! When the crepe isn’t too fragile, try to flip it carefully and cook on the other side for a couple of minutes!
