How to Pull Off a Bohemian Beach Party – Fiesta Bohemia en la Playa

My friends and I threw a bohemian birthday party for @isabelcondeb this weekend! I served tuna and salmon tartare, individual pavlovas, and my signature banana cake. We complemented my menu with Patagonia Nahuen’s famous finger sandwiches and guac + chips. Everything turned out great!
The table décor was simple: we laid out a mandala as a tablecloth, and I put together small flower arrangements in miniature glass bottles. We handed out disposable wooden plates so that the post-party clean up wouldn’t be so tragic. We also hung up little lights, drank wine in mason jars, and wore adhesive rhinestones on our forehead. Este fin de semana le celebramos el cumpleaños a @isabelcondeb en la playa! Salió tan lindo! Serví tartar de atún y de salmón, pavlovas individuales y torta de banano. Complementamos mi menú con sánduches de Patagonia Nahuen y picadas. Todo delicioso.
Decoramos la mesa con una mandala y flores, usamos platos y cubiertos de madera, colgamos luces, llevamos “mason jars” para las bebidas y nos pegamos pedrería en la frente! A continuación te cuento a dónde conseguí todo, desde los platos que estrené para esta ocasión, hasta los parches de pedrería que nos pegamos entre los ojos!

No me quedó tan bonito porque piqué todo de afán, pero quedó DELICIOSO!

This is one of my favorite recipes by Ina Garten! It’s failproof! I love it! I used cilantro and sesame seeds as garnish because it was what I had at hand, but the recipe calls for dill.
