- Dijon mustard
- Serrano ham
- 3 eggs
- Guava jam, to serve
- Salt & pepper
Combine mustard and mayonnaise and spread onto the slices of bread. Top half the slices with ham and Manchego. Close your sandwiches.
Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl/pan, season with salt and pepper and then soak both sides of each sandwich well in the eggs (french toast style)
Melt butter in a pan and fry sandwiches for 2-3 min on each side. Serve hot with guava jam on the side
